Linkki, the Jyväskylä region's public transport, has also started operating in Äänekoski from June 3.6.2024, 140, from Äänekoski to Jyväskylä and nearby municipalities. Linkki buses lines 141 and XNUMX operate to Äänekoski.

What does it mean in Äänekoski?
- More green! The green Linkki buses lines 140 and 141 operate to Äänekoski from the beginning of the summer season. The buses will become uniform in appearance, i.e. green.
- Traveling becomes easier! With one and the same ticket, you can travel by bus to Äänekoski, Petäjävede, Toivakka, Laukaas, Muurame and, of course, Jyväskylä. With the same Waltti ticket, you can travel in both regional and city traffic cars.
- The price is cheaper! Public transport trips can be made with the Waltti travel card, which will now be used throughout the region. The prices of Waltti tickets are generally cheaper than the previous ticket prices of the new areas.
- A ticket purchased from the mobile application (Waltti Mobiili or Linkki) is also valid from June 3.6.2024, 3.6.2024 for travel within the entire Linkki area. Tickets can also be downloaded from Äänekoski's R-kiosk from June XNUMX, XNUMX.
- Link's digital services are in use! With Link's application, it is easy to look at stops, shifts or, for example, to check where the bus is going in real time. - Paper schedule booklets are distributed free of charge, e.g. in the lobby of the town hall, Äänekoski libraries and R-kiosks.
