Dear boat place customer!
In matters of Äänekoski's boat berths, we have switched to the electronic booking and invoicing system Asio.
From the system you can book and pay for a new boat berth reservation. Already existing reservations have been transferred to the system and the invoice for them will come at the end of July 2024. Everyone has preserved their old place. In the future, those who rented a boat berth in the previous season will receive a reservation and online payment link to their own berth in an email at the beginning of February. By reserving and paying for the place again by the end of March, the reservation will remain valid until further notice.
With the transition to the system, we need the e-mail address of every boat berth customer. It serves as a username for booking and payment matters, and every year in the future a link will be sent to it, where you can pay for your seat. If you have not yet informed us of your email address, please do so as soon as possible: venepaikat@aanekoski.fi. Thanks!
If you want to give up your current boat berth, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail: venepaikat@aanekoski.fi. We prefer to contact you primarily by e-mail. If necessary, the telephone service works at the number 040 658 1246. The service is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 11 am.
