The change in value added tax from 10% to 14% affects the prices of sports services

The change in the value added tax rate from 10 percent to 14 percent affects the prices of sports facilities, swimming fees and gym fees from 1.1.2025 January XNUMX. The VAT change has been added to the prices after the turn of the year. 

Doors as a door code

Entry to Sumia's gymnasiums has been changed to door-coded. 

• Return your old key to your nearest library or VesiVelho. Personal reminders will also be sent in early 2025 if the key has not been returned.
• New or former gym customer or weight room customer, please purchase a new access pass directly. From the Asion 24/7 Online online storeAlternatively, you can also make a purchase from the library. New 1-day purchase option from the online store.

Sumiainten health center's gym and the school's gym

The Sumiainen gym is located in the premises of the former Sumiainen health center. The gym is connected to the school. Access to the gym is purchased from the online store.

The right of way is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The access right is not updated without renewing it separately. The price of the right of way is €52/year. Now you can also buy a 1-day pass (€4,40). 

Gym price list, instructions and rules

Access rights are purchased primarily From the Asion Online online store (recommended) or from the VesiVelho swimming pool. Alternatively, purchase from Sumiainen Library during opening hours. You can also pay at the swimming pool with a bank card, Smartum balance or other sports voucher benefits. 

Note the library's opening hours. In the basic season, a library worker is present
tue 12-19 and th 8-15.
