The goal of the site plan change is to examine the land use possibilities of Kukkulanmäki for housing, recreation and tourism activities. In the area, there has previously been a planning project for the change of Kukkula's site plan. With the change to the new site plan, the objectives of the plan have been updated and at the same time the area of change is expanded so that the outdated site plan is updated as a clear whole.
