Porches

In the area of the city of Äänekoski, there are many log cabins of villages, forest companies, private and hunting clubs and clubs in other areas, but not all of them are for public free use. The city of Äänekoski has sheds for free use by all residents.
In addition, there are common campfire sites, e.g. at swimming beaches, such as the swimming spots of Kovalanniemi and Mämme. Some sheds only have wood maintenance in winter.

- Lähilaavu, which is located in Liikuntapuisto at the end of the ski stadium in the starting area of the fitness and cross-country ski tracks, next to the pulkkamäki hill.
- Equipment: canopy, campfire site with grate, seats around, trash can, wood in the adjacent canopy, during high season it is recommended to bring your own firewood from reserves

- Location at the bottom of the Äänemäki ski slope next to the parking lot.

In the immediate vicinity there are also the longest fitness stairs in Äänekoski. View of Lake Keitele from the observation tower on top of the hill.

Risusaari, 44100 Äänekoski
- Location on the south side of Lake Keitele Risusaari. In winter, you can reach the log cabin up to the ice, in summer by boat.
- Equipment: canopy, fire pit with grate, several groups of tables and chairs, trash can, continuous wood maintenance during the winter season, at other times it is recommended to bring your own firewood. A very popular camping destination in winter.

- Location on the shore of Lake Keitele. The best way to get to the ice.
