Urban construction services is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of the city's offices, as well as new construction and repair investments related to real estate assets.
Usage fee price list
The fees for using the facilities are divided into four price levels by user group. The principles below apply to the usage fees for all facilities. Possible additions to the principles have been explained in connection with the farm-specific price lists.
Kangaslammi camp center
Kangaslammi camp center is located in Vihijärvi. There you can rent cabins for several people, which also have a main building, toilet building and sauna facilities. In the area, you can enjoy e.g. basketball, soccer, volleyball and frisbee golf.
Hiskin cabin and sauna
The Hiskinmökki in the center of Äänekoski is the oldest building in the city, which has been renovated and is available for rent by everyone. It has been really popular. Next door is a sauna building from the 1800th century, which was opened in 2023 completely renovated.
Kovala's house
Kovala maja, owned by the city of Äänekoski, is located in Kovalanniemi. There is a cabin in Kovala that can sleep 10 people and a sauna. The premises are always rented together. Kovala's house is rented from the beginning of May to the end of October.
