The decision on the regular shift for the winter 2024-2025 has been made. See more Hours of use of the facilities from the site. You can now apply for shifts in vacant places. So far, the largest user group in Äänekoski's pressurized hall has been soccer players. The Huima football club has 500 registered players and in the summer season more than 30 playing teams from walking football, family football and applied football, not forgetting HuimaUrho's representative teams. The hall's booking book is largely filled with teams from their own city, but Äänekoski also comes from other parts of the province.
Don't Place for Rescues!
The area around the pressurized hall is completely marked as an escape route. Rescue authorities and possible snowplows must also have unobstructed access to the hall in urgent cases. In addition, the snow that accumulates on the roof of the hall and falls down is also a safety risk for both people and cars. The snow is coming down fast.
