Application form for organizing events
City premises usage fees is decided annually by the technical board.
An event is considered big when:
a) the number of participants exceeds 200 people; or
b) the nature of the event or the venue requires measures to maintain order or safety or to prevent harm to bystanders and the environment, or special traffic arrangements
c) the organization of the event requires special arrangements
However, this does not apply to normal series games, concerts or theater/dance performances. That is, if the event does not meet the criteria of a large event, no fee is charged.
Large events can be organized:
1. Park areas, market areas, central square, beaches, sports fields and other fields, ports, the surroundings of Wanhan Asema (outdoor areas).
2. Printing house in non-performance use, sports hall, Äänekoski Areena Pankkari, high school
