If an event is organized in the space, which would be chargeable according to the principles, a fixed daily fee of €10 (VAT 0%) will be charged for all spaces.

Parks and public areas
Parks and the use of public areas is basically free of charge. The right of use for events organized in parks and public areas is applied for on a separate form. When organizing a large event, the principles and user fees of the user fee price list for a large event (more below) are followed.
Campsites

Big events
For the organization of a large event, in which more than 200 people participate, the right to use the space is applied for on a separate form.
An event is considered big when:
- the number of participants exceeds 200 people; or
- if the nature of the event or the venue requires measures to maintain order or safety or to prevent harm to bystanders and the environment, or special traffic arrangements.

However, this does not apply to normal serial games, concerts or theater/dance performances.
Large events can be organized:

Principles of user fees
The fees for using the facilities are divided into four price levels by user group. The principles below apply to the usage fees for all facilities. Possible additions to the principles have been explained in connection with the farm-specific price lists. Other facilities and buildings not mentioned in this price list are not intended for public use.

A registered association from Äänekoski means an association whose registered office in the association register is the city of Äänekoski.
Veterans of our wars can use the sports facilities free of charge. Veterans of our wars refer to persons who have a frontline soldier, frontline service or frontline badge or a foreign frontline soldier badge.
To user group 1 basic education classes are also read when the class organizes activities led by a parent committee in school or youth facilities.
Free shifts in user groups, in which the participants pay a participation or course fee, are subject to a fee (does not apply to organizations' normal membership or license fees). In this case, the payment is based on User group 2 50% of the payment and the usage fee is charged only for the duration of the actual event.
The applicant must indicate in his application that the shift is intended for people under the age of 19. Mixed groups of adults and juniors are charged. If the requested and granted turn turns out to be a mixed group after the turn has been granted, the usage fee will be charged retroactively.
Cleaning is part of the standard shifts granted in the space rental from the beginning of August to the end of May, as well as individual weekend shifts. If the use of the premises results in additional costs for cleaning, property management, key/door programming or other costs, the user of the premises shall pay the costs. The user of the facility is responsible for additional costs even when the use of the facility is otherwise free of charge.
The user of the space is given one key free of charge or the doors are guaranteed to be open. If the use time of the space changes or the user needs several keys, the user of the space is responsible for the costs.
It is possible for the user of the space to use the audio equipment and light technology in the space, if the nature of the use requires it. Regarding the technical administration or culture and sports facilities, the matter must be agreed separately with the culture and sports department. The use of sound and light technology always requires the work and/or presence of an event technician, which will be billed separately according to what has been done. At Painotalo and Suolahtisal, an event technician must be present during the reservation.
Big events ja of matches/tournaments regarding the event, the need for a caretaker or property manager to be present during the event is assessed (does not apply to outdoor areas). The need for a caretaker or property manager to be present is defined when booking. Depending on the event's creator and destination, the presence of a caretaker or property manager may be considered necessary, in which case the costs will be billed according to the price list.
You must arrive at the reserved shifts only after the reservation has started and you must leave the shifts at the agreed time. If an alarm is caused by arriving too early or leaving late, the costs of the security guard's alarm visit will be billed according to the price list.
The usage fee and additional costs will be invoiced after use. Standard shifts are billed monthly according to the reservation, unless the assigned shift has been canceled in accordance with the instructions.
If it is necessary to spread a protective mat in the space or to install playing sides (floor bandy), and this takes more than 15 minutes per shift, no usage fee will be charged for the part that exceeds 15 minutes for preparation/dismantling. This must be agreed separately with the entity that decides on the use of the premises. A separate fee is charged for the installation of fair carpeting and floorball carpeting, the need for carpeting is assessed when booking.
Example: The user has been granted a two-hour shift for floorball practice. It takes the user half an hour to install and disassemble the boards. The time billed to the user is one hour and 45 minutes.
The fee for using the facility is, as a rule, €/hour. The currently valid value added tax is added to the payments. In determining the value added tax, the valid value added tax legislation is followed. If the space is fully booked, the hourly fee is the basic price for each user group. If the space is shared, the fee for half the hall is 1/2 of the usage fee and the fee for 1/3 of the hall is 1/3 of the usage fee. The space must be able to be divided into blocks with an existing folding curtain into two or more blocks.
When assigning shifts, priority is given to organized operations.
The professional organizations representing the city's personnel have the right to use the premises free of charge to handle labor relations matters and organizational tasks. It should be noted that not all use of the facilities, for example for educational activities, is free of charge, but the free of charge depends on the content of the event. The city indicates a suitable space. The use of the premises must not cause harm to the employer's operations.
Events with ministerial-level guests are free of charge if a city official representative is present.
Daily prices shown in the price list are mainly from 12.00:12.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX of the following day. If necessary, the reservation of the space can be modified on a case-by-case basis.
Based on the proposal of the facility working group, the technical director can, if necessary, define the price on a case-by-case basis for special events or shifts for which no price can be found in the Price List.
Reservation cancellations
Granted shifts must be canceled seven (7) days before the start of the shift. There is no charge for shifts canceled within the deadline. Cancellations and changes must always be confirmed in writing to the operator of the shift. All shifts canceled after the deadline will be charged according to the price list. A fee according to the price list will also be charged for uncancelled and unused shifts.
Regarding the Kangaslammi camp center, the assigned shifts must be canceled 14 days before the start of the shift. There is no charge for shifts canceled within the deadline. Cancellations and changes must always be confirmed in writing to the operator of the shift. All shifts canceled after the deadline will be charged according to the price list. A fee according to the price list is also charged for uncancelled and unused shifts.
Matches, tournaments, competitions and events
The payment factor for shifts reserved for matches, tournaments and competitions is 1,5 in relation to the payment for the practice shift of the respective user group and space. User group 1 tournaments are free on outdoor courts. Indoor matches, tournaments and competitions are free of charge for user group 1, if no participation or admission fee is charged for the match/tournament/competition.
Important national and international level competitions (e.g. SM competitions) are free of charge, excluding league games (basketball, floorball, darts, etc.). Application for free of charge is made on a separate form and the free of charge is approved by the technical director.
