Transfer of plots
The plot is applied for in writing with a plot application. The sale or rental decision made by the city is valid for 6 months. A reservation fee of 200 euros is charged for the plot, which will be refunded with the transfer deed. If the reservation is cancelled, the payment remains with the city. In connection with the assignment deed, the costs of dividing the plot are collected, which are generally €1030.
It is possible to rent plots in the urban planning areas of Äänekoski and Suolahti when the selling price of the plot is at least 3000 euros. The rent is 5% of the transfer price.
