ÄäneHub remote workspace

ÄäneHub is a communal workspace and meeting place for entrepreneurs, those interested in entrepreneurship, the self-employed, students and everyone working remotely. ÄäneHub offers everyone free remote work spaces with fast connections from the center of Äänekoski on weekdays from 8 am to 16 pm (Note! Closed week 42 of the fall holiday week). The service is made possible by the Northern Central Finland Vocational College and the city of Äänekoski. Welcome to work!

ÄäneHub is open on weekdays, Mon-Fri from 8 am to 16 pm. Please note that ÄäneHub is closed during POKE holidays, public holidays, Christmas and Midsummer Eve and other public holidays. Meetings with Äänekoski city or POKE personnel only by agreement.

Initially, ÄäneHub's operation was started as a development project of Northern Central Finland Vocational College, the city of Äänekoski and the Central Finland Association in 2019-2020. Since then, the operation has continued POKE'sand the city of Äänekoski as a collaboration and the service continues.

Note! ÄäneHub is closed in the summer from June 10.6 to August 31.8.2024, XNUMX.

ÄäneHub offers:

• ÄäneHub has a total of 17 work stations, a lobby area with working and coffee making facilities, and two conference rooms.
• Open to everyone, free and quiet workspaces for remote workers, entrepreneurs and students on weekdays, Mon-Fri from 8 am to 16 pm.
• Business advice: Äänekoski's business advisors can be found at ÄäneHub every Tuesday without an appointment between 8.00:10.00 and 040:156 a.m. or by agreement. Welcome to the story! • Events and networking: The vitality unit of the city of Äänekoski organizes events, morning coffee events by theme, webinars, business clinics, customer meetings and other events with various partners at ÄäneHub. • Negotiations and cooperation: ÄäneHub promotes entrepreneurship, networking and innovation. It is a valuable additional service for municipalities and companies in the development of business life. 
• Meetings over coffee: ÄäneHub has a coffee making facility and the POKE campus has excellent opportunities for dining and drinking coffee.

• Follow the round stickers on the floor and you will find your way to the workspaces.
• Choose a point that suits you and start working.
• You can spend your break in the lobby area and use shared coffee making equipment and the fridge (please bring your own coffee and snacks).

Get over it

Karstu is a cozy open office space. The space has 12 workstations, you have access to the internet, a printer and lockable storage compartments. Some of the workstations have electronic desks, separate screens, a docking station and a video cannon. Working points cannot be reserved in advance. Bring your own laptop and come to work!

Offices 1 and 2

Offices 1 and 2 are smaller rooms for quieter work or telephone work. Work stations are not reserved in advance and one person or group / room. Bring your own laptop and come to work!

Meeting rooms Järvi and Koski

Meeting rooms Järvi and Koski are suitable for client meetings and meetings. The meeting rooms can accommodate max. 10 persons The premises have a laptop computer, a video cannon and a flipchart. Meeting rooms can be booked in advance from myynti@poke.fi.

Class

The lobby's teamwork and open ideation space is the living room of the ÄäneHub work community, where events are also organized. The facility has soundproof sofa lounges with charging points. It is nice to network and meet colleagues in the space. In the lobby, there are kitchen facilities for making coffee, storing snacks and heating. Work stations cannot be reserved in advance, for events inquiries to myynti@poke.fi. Bring your own laptop and come to work!

For lunch / meeting meals:

• It is possible for students to eat at the Poke campus in the canteen.
• We recommend it for a coffee break and a snack Cafe from Nami.

Welcome to ÄäneHub!

ÄäneHub co-working space offers an inspiring working environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, students and Solo workers or small companies. ÄäneHub is open on weekdays from 8.00 am to 4 pm.

Find your own private desk in a shared office with Locker included and start working. You can also find meeting rooms, own private rooms and an open cafe co-working area. Here you will meet other ÄäneHub community workers.

In addition to providing workspace, ÄäneHub hosts morning cafe events on various themes. More information about these coffeetimes you can find from ÄäneHub Facebook sites.

The target groups of co-working space are remote workers, entrepreneurs, remote students, researchers, and future entrepreneurs who are welcome to co-work at Äänehub.

Poke Future technologies studies and Poke Digilab are also located in the same building with ÄäneHub co-working space. We are co-operating in broadcasting and virtual events. We are a growing learning hub with easy access to Poke DigiLab virtual development.

There are business advisor services available for entrepreneurs for planning new business or developing existing business.

Co-working space is located in Poke Career Service and DigiLab building and it is operated by Poke vocational college and the city of Äänekoski.
