Change of local plan from Abrahaminranta to Hernevalkamaa

The change to the local plan will re-examine the construction of the northeastern shore of Ääneniemi. The aim is to create an entity for the area that would allow the areas near the city center to be utilized for high-quality housing in an efficient manner in terms of municipal engineering construction costs. The previous local plan solution for the area has not been implemented due to, among other things, street construction costs. The plan project aims to find a solution in which waterfront construction could be implemented more affordably than the current solution, taking into account the other values of the area.
