Mämmi partial master plan II

The goal of the planning project to be launched is to review the entire Mämmi general-zoned area as a whole, updating the area's land use based on the reviews, especially with regard to construction areas. Updating the Mämmi area from the perspective of highway development between Kevätlahdentien-Liimattalantie was done in the formula that came into force in 2021 The change of Mämmi's sub-master plan in the area of VT4.

Land owners in the planning area were asked about their own land use goals by letter in the spring of 2022. 2022 responses to the survey were received during the spring and summer of 42. Responses have been collected since the end of 2022, and the processing of responses for the preparation of the draft will continue during 2023.

To prepare the plan, it is necessary to draw up a new nature report for the area. The procurement of the nature survey was tendered during the winter of 2022-2023. The terrain work required for the nature survey is planned to be done during spring-summer 2023. According to the preparation schedule for the nature survey, the report on the results will be completed by the end of 2023.

The goal is to make the draft plan visible during 2024.
