The Central Finland is moving 2030 agenda makes the versatility of club activities visible
The goal of the Central Finland Moves 2030 agenda is to increase the physical activity of Central Finns and reduce sedentary time by 15 percent by 2030. This ambitious goal unites the actors of the province to promote movement and active everyday life in an impressive and extensive cooperation.
The agenda now also wants to inspire central Finnish sports clubs, which reach more than 50 children, young people and adults with their activities. Nowadays, club activities in central Finland are planned and high-quality even outside of training. The clubs reflect on what happens in children's and young people's movement outside of guided activities, for example on school and hobby trips or time spent together with friends. Could the already active young people also be encouraging the insufficiently active to join a more active everyday life by setting an example?
Keski-Suomen Liikunta hopes that sports and sports clubs would see the agenda's communication platform as an opportunity to tell about the versatility and scope of their activities. Even small actions have an impact, and sports clubs are encouraged to easily share information about their own activities in their social media communications. For example, you can use the #ksliikkuu hashtag on Instagram or the X message service. In this way, the activities of the clubs will be visible on the main page of the Keski-Suomi liikkuu agenda at www.kesli.fi/ksliikkuu.
The agenda also has various challenges throughout the year, such as the #välikyykky and #kuntojohtak challenges, which can also be uploaded to the site as videos. The communication group of the Keski-Suomi liikkuu agenda is happy to accept good ideas for its own communication as well.
The agenda has been committed to, among others, the Central Finland Sports Association, the Central Finland Federation, the Central Finland Welfare Region, the municipalities of Central Finland, the University of Jyväskylä, the Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, the Jyväskylä Education Municipal Corporation Gradia, the Central Finland Chamber of Commerce and the entrepreneurs of Central Finland.
