Äänekoski city's feedback of the month - November 2023

Every month, we publish feedback that is topical or that we are asked a lot about.
Feedback of the month in November: "It would be really good if the health center's waiting list could be seen on the website. Äänekoski health center once had this service. When you go there with a sick loved one to wait in line and you yourself have limited mobility, it would be important to know how many patients are in line."
Answer: "The city of Äänekoski has forwarded the residents' wishes from the waiting list page to the welfare region of Central Finland, which now organizes health services. We have also sent them a message about how the waiting page is technically implemented. Unfortunately, the city cannot do anything else, because we no longer manage health and social services, and we have access to the systems of the welfare area. We will forward the wish there again."
Through the feedback channel, residents can ask questions and leave development ideas and feedback or report observations. In the feedback service, you can also indicate the exact location of the object using an electronic map. Feedback from our residents is important to us and we strive to respond to them as quickly as possible. Our city strategy's Äänekoski phenomenon is based on the principles of open administration, and residents' feedback and messages are utilized in the development of services.
