New Kosken Ääni video: 75 years of Finnish school food
Current news from the town of Äänekoski is available again in the Kosken Ääni video. The Finnish free school meal turns 75 years old and it can be seen in many ways during the November holiday week in Äänekoski's schools and kindergartens.
The goal of school meals is to promote the well-being of schoolchildren, to guide schoolchildren to healthy eating habits, to adopt good eating habits and to consider others. Food services of the city of Äänekoski produces high-quality, safe meal services that support education and care for the needs of customers for Äänekoski schools and daycare centers. Meals are planned and executed customer-oriented, using first-class food products.
