In the future, Sammakkokangas Oy will invoice the processing fees for fine and closed well sludge
The invoicing of Multia, Petäjävesi and Äänekoski fine and closed well sludge handling fees will be transferred to Sammakkokangas Oy from January 1.1.2025, XNUMX. In other words, for emptyings made after the turn of the year, the haulage company no longer invoices the portion of the handling fee when the sludge has been delivered to the municipal wastewater treatment plant.
This practice applies to the municipalities of the domain Kannonkoski, Karstula, Kinnula, Kivijärvi, Multia Petäjävesi, Saarijärvi, Uurainen and Äänekoski. In these municipalities, the transport company only invoices for emptying and transport. If the sludge is taken to another municipality's wastewater treatment plant, the entrepreneur will then also invoice the sludge handling fee.
The information for invoicing has been submitted by the entrepreneur to the national Transfer Register or from an electronic transfer document that has been obtained through Sammakkokanka.
Invoicing is mainly carried out in connection with Sammakkokanka's other waste invoicing. That is, e.g. the invoicing of the well emptying that took place in April is usually done with the July waste invoice.
Emptying the well of a leisure property can be billed at a different time than other waste management, because leisure properties are usually billed only once a year in autumn or spring. The size of the treatment fee is based on the price presented by each municipality, which is confirmed by the Waste Board of Central Finland in the waste tax.
