The city of Äänekoski will introduce an electronic reservation system from March 1.3.2020, XNUMX. The space reservation system makes it possible for all the city's spaces to be viewed in one place. On the space reservation page, you can find spaces suitable for different purposes, and you can see the up-to-date booking status from the browsing calendars. On the space reservation website you can find e.g. school facilities, meeting facilities, cultural facilities, sports halls and indoor and outdoor exercise facilities.

Regarding the premises, it has been said, for example, matters related to the equipment of the premises, fees and payment categories. With the introduction of the space reservation system, the practices related to invoicing the spaces will change. In the future, paid usage will be billed according to usage on a monthly basis. Space reservations are still made through city employees, so no login credentials are given to the system for parties outside the city. In the information of each space, the agency responsible for the reservations of that space and the operating instructions for reserving the space are described.
