Chairman of Äänekoski Yrittäjai Jussi Kangas says that the city of Äänekoski has been the most important partner during the entire 80-year history of the entrepreneur association. - The soon-to-be-published history of the entrepreneur association shows how the same themes of cooperation are repeated in different decades. Lasting topics have been, for example, the general atmosphere of entrepreneurship and the city's procurement. Especially in recent years, we have made progress in cooperation and although there is still a lot to do, we have the feeling that it has been a long time since the spirit of togetherness has been at such a good level as it is today, Jussi Kangas thanks.

By remembering the city, the entrepreneurs wanted to raise success stories. - It is easy to do business with the city of Äänekoski, to discuss and there is a very good spirit of cooperation here.

Kangas says that the city of Äänekoski strives to increase entrepreneurship and the atmosphere of entrepreneurship, and together we have tried to build good operational opportunities for companies. For example, regarding the updating of the city's procurement guidelines and strategy work, it has been desired to also hear the thoughts of entrepreneurs from Tanaukoski.

The quality of the work has improved, trust has grown and work has become more efficient. And above all, with better cooperation, we provide our residents with a better service, says city manager Matti Tuononen.

There is scope for low emissions, but it requires cooperation
