The city of Äänekoski is selling its social real estate
The city of Äänekoski is selling all of its social real estate. The properties for sale are an important part of the service network of the Äänekoski area's social and health services and rescue services.
The city council decided on the sale at its April 2022 meeting. The balance sheet value of Sote properties in the city's accounting is currently around 34 million euros.
The complex includes eight social and health facilities and four rescue facilities: Äänekoski health center, Äänekoski old hospital, Piilola service center and Äänekoski day center, Pallevokoti Lounatuuli, Äänekoski activity center, Suolahti old nursing home, Lehtola service building, Konginkanga service center, Äänekoski fire station, Suolahti fire station, Sumiainten fire station and the Konginkanka fire station.
The leases will be transferred to the welfare area on January 1.1.2023, 27. The area to be rented is a total of 000 square meters and the rental cash flow will be around 290 euros per month.
Offers are accepted for the whole or sub-assemblies. Priority is given to offers that apply to the entire entity. The deal requires the approval of the city council.
