Ilmianna energiasyöppö raffle prize for the Karhunlähti daycare center

During Energy Saving Week in October, the city of Äänekoski organized a survey for its staff - Report an energy leak at your workplace. In the raffle organized among the respondents, the nanny of the Karhunlähte daycare center won Kikka Raitanen.
Energy guzzlers in the workplace can be, for example, devices, operating methods, lights, screens and chargers that stay on. Kikka Raitanen reported the sliding windows of her workplace in Karhunlähti kindergarten, which can contribute to increasing the need for heating. The problem has been brought to the attention of the city's urban planning department and it will be clarified later.
Climate coordinator Juho Liimatainen handed the raffle prize to Kikka Raitase and the daycare director Mika Keljo received the staff's Christmas chocolates and the kindergarten children's reflectors.

- Our personnel is really active and committed. Our employees also care, notice and take care of our common spaces. They want to take care of our common issues, thanks Mika Keljo.
Kikka Raitanen has worked at the Karhunlähti kindergarten for 40 years. According to Raitanen, the daycare center has a wonderful spirit and a good atmosphere to work in.
Next year, the Karhunlähte daycare center will be 50 years old, and the current daycare building will be 40 years old. We plan to celebrate the jubilee year at the kindergarten all year long.
