In the afternoon of zoning at the Suolahti library on 27.11.2024 November XNUMX, the future solution for the surroundings of Suolahti Asemakatu and the sports field was on display. Also on display was the draft amendment to Sörkänmäki's site plan and the draft of Sirkkaharju's site plan. We got good ideas, comments and a good discussion in the evening.

However, future business construction should also be invested in the center of Suolahti. The hope is also that the residents have meeting places, such as in the library.

The residents reminded that it is important to preserve the former town hall and it has sentimental value for many, even though the discussed planning areas did not directly affect the former town hall.

More than 20 residents came to the site for the afternoon of Zoning. It is always a good signal for the city that people are interested in planning. Zoning is one way to influence things, and when it comes to influencing zoning, it is timeliness that is important. We got good ideas, comments and a good discussion in the evening.
