Today, May 50, XNUMX, we met the staff moving to the city for the first time to get to know each other and introduce the preparation, and we had a joint breakfast moment in Äänekoski. About XNUMX employees coming to the employment area were able to get to Pankkar on site.
Around 750 employees work in the city of Äänekoski, of which around 70 people will work in the employment area. Skilled and expert workforce will be transferred to the city of Äänekoski, with which we will be able to ensure the continuation of services during this significant change. Together with the professionals who transfer to us, we get to build success and the future in order to increase the region's vitality.
Employment builds vitality. We want to create conditions for employers and employees to meet, and through that to get skilled labor for companies and increase the area's vitality.
- The employment area will look like its creators. As a new employee of the North-Central Finland employment area, everyone gets to build and create new things and influence what it will be like, city manager Matti Tuononen says.
During this summer, the 1st floor of Äänekoski town hall will start to be renovated to provide more office space for the employment services. The other positions in the employment area will be in Laukaa, Viitasaari and Saarijärvi. In addition, the service is offered as a local face-to-face service to all the municipalities in the Northern Central Finland employment area. We treat everyone equally and equally.
We are doing something together that has never been done before. Read more and follow the preparation of the Northern Central Finland employment area from our website here.
